When you google it, you will find definitions like, “the Bowspring method is a postural alignment system or template for optimal health and functional movement that you can apply to athletic movements and daily tasks.”
The definition is great, although not easy to assimilate and very difficult to imagine what the heck is that until you really try it, so I’ll try to simplify it as much as possible.
The key question in the Bowspring method is: How was the body designed and why is it so? It is a deep and mindful investigation on why the spine is curvy, what the optimal muscular balance is, how to create connections between body parts trough fascia, and how optimal movement works.
