How To Schedule A Massage Or A Spa Treatment For The Best Results.

You always schedule an appointment when your car needs a service check, you plan an appointment at your  hairdresser before an important event ( not after) and if you want to lose weight you don't have a dinner at 11pm with a bottle of wine.

I´ve always asked my clients if they had any time preference for their appointment, then I realized that many times  they just try to fit it in between all the work, gym, kids and family. So in the end they just jump off the massage bed to do the school run and Mercadona shopping.
